• Blythe Gifford has signed a two-book contract with Harlequin Historicals. Returning to Fourteenth Century England, both books will be set at the court of Edward III, each at a different royal wedding. No title or date yet, but the first will probably be published in 2014. (Congrats Blythe!)
• Lisa J. Yarde’s short story, The Legend Rises, which chronicles the valiant uprising of the twelfth-century Welsh princess Gwenillian against English invaders, will be included in the HerStory anthology from Pagan Writers Press. Coming March 2013, this collection of fabulous fiction from several authors honors Women’s History Month, spanning the Roman Empire, the medieval period, the Civil War era and the women’s suffrage movement.
